Jeff Sutherland is the inventor and co-creator of Scrum. He is a West Point graduate, former fighter pilot and cancer researcher, as well as CTO or head of engineering of eleven different software companies from small startups to enterprises with thousands of developers. He launched the first Scrum team in 1993 and has shephereded its explosive growth across the planet and into almost every industry: finance, healthcare, higher education and telecom. His most recent book is Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time.

Alex Maniatopoulos is leading the Design Center of Samsung in Patras, Greece for Wireless System-on-Chip products targeted to Internet of Things applications and is heading a globally distributed Software team of 40 people. With more than 20 years of experience on managing large scale IT projects from various positions, he has developed analytical skills for coordinating multi-site, multicultural hardware and software teams.

His current duties include but are not limited to risk management, continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, communication across sites and processes based on KPIs, strategy planning and implementation in collaboration with the R&D, Marketing and Operations departments of his organization.
Stathis Tzaros, PMP, PMI-ACP
Technical Director at
Stathis Tzaros Stathis Tzaros is the director of Operations at giaola PC, a rapidly- growing startup based in Athens.Giaola wants to change the way people search and ask for everyday services.

However, Stathis believes that an organisation has to change itself first in order to make a change to its external environment. And applying project management is the first step toward this change. Hence, Stathis duty is to assist all departments of the organization in embracing agile project management, applying its methodologies and even improving the way they make use of them on a daily basis.

This improvement includes holding daily ceremonies, conducting further requirements analysis, requirements prioritization and re- prioritization and continuous integration. But the cornerstone remains the establishment of concrete communication channels among all the stakeholders of the project! 
Markos Spyridakis, MBA

Markos Spyridakis is a Quality Management and process development expert, with more than 11 year of experience in the telecommunications industry. He is responsible for the quality strategy and goals for several Nokia Networks products, developed and maintained in the Technology Center of Athens. He is working closely with R&D development teams as well as with Project and Product management and coaches the team members towards the achievement of the overall quality strategy and targets. He is a Certified Scrum Master, with many years of experience in Agile training and coaching. He is also responsible for managing the relations of Nokia Technology Center of Athens with the local ecosystem, i.e. Universities, Startups, Innovation Hubs, State and other companies.

Georgios Papadopoulos is a Project manager of product development responsible for:
o Coordinate the activities of the distributed development teams.
o Collaborate with solution project management and contribute to the solution packaging and micro/macro planning.
o Collaborate with product management and contribute in requirements’ clarification.
o Manage the milestones and deliverables for the product version under implementation.
o Act as escalation point for the product development organization.
o Collaborate with service organization and transition teams in the transition to market phase.
o Monitor the quality of deliverables in accordance to product quality criteria.
Dimitra Tsolka, PMP
Group Leader, Responsible for Agile Transformation Program in Intracom Telecom/SW Design Centerr
Dimitra Tsolka has 23 years of experience in telecommunication software development. For 16 years she is working as a project manager in multinational projects, managing teams in Greece and having cooperation with project teams in many European countries and China. Head of PMO for 7 years, with high experience in process setting, change control, identification of communication channels and support of project teams and project managers’ teams.

Training and working experience on Agile methods and practices. Member of the Agile Transformation Team for the organization. Agile Leader of SW development teams. Domains of focus and interest: Managing stakeholders, risk management, teams coaching. Dimitra is specializing in Scaling Agile Framework based on experience of Agile adoption into large SW development projects.

A smallish campaign with a homemade list would not be likely to yield much of a result. To achieve anything worthwhile, a much more aggressive effort is needed. Then, the age-old value analysis applies: projected earnings = margin on total projected sales - cost of campaign.
